After more than 54 years in construction, Jeff has retired, leaving a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful building. He led countless residential projects and three major multi-million-dollar resorts, earning recognition in San Diego Home and Garden, Dwell, Better Homes and Gardens, Metropolitan Home, and Elle Décor. Known for his sharp eye and steady standards, he treated every project like it had his name carved in the foundation.
Catch the Green Wave
Having practiced Green Building since the oil shortages of the late seventies, Jeff has earned multiple 'green' designations and knows how to integrate sustainability into his practice without compromising cost. He is a Certified Green Professional (CGP) by the National Association of Home Builders which signifies his incorporation of green building principles into homes using cost-effective and affordable options. He is a LEED Accredited Professional for Homes and Building Design + Construction by the U.S. Green Building Council, which distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process. A real estate broker since 1978, Jeff has also been awarded the National Association of Realtors's Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation by NAR.
WaveCrest has a division dedicated specifically to environmentally-focused projects called Alliance Green Builders. AGB's award winning projects include Passive House Certified, LEED Platinum, and GreenPoint Rated homes. They are the leaders of San Diego's residential green building sector.
